Worst medical appt I’ve ever had. NP was not friendly or helpful in the slightest. She made me feel like an inconvenience to her day and dumb for making the appointment in the first place. Even if there isn’t anything you can do for the patient, there is a proper way to speak to them with empathy, like a fellow human being — I would know considering I speak to patients all day for a living too. I will be telling all the women I know to STAY AWAY from this company in general.
I’m always very pleased with the care I receive at Genesis. The office staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling is so convenient. They recently started a new online system to take the place of the many forms you used to have to fill out each year before your appointment, and the new system is SO user friendly and efficient. I was seen at this office in January, wasn’t dissatisfied, nor was I overall impressed. I have been trying to refill a prescription I desperately need for over a month now. Come today, I visit my local ER for them to tell me I would have needed emergency surgery if I didn’t come in. This is because I wasn’t taking my medicine, due to Missy Pruitt failing to answer my refill request. 0/10 will not be returning to this practice ever again.
From entering to exiting, everything was perfect. Dr Walker is timely, understanding, caring, thorough, and efficient. I very much appreciate finding her!
I had a very disappointing and hurtful experience with Dr. Rachel Walker at Genesis OBGYN while trying to get answers about my fertility. She referred me for an HSG test, which revealed bilateral tubal blockage (Hydrosalpinx ) a diagnosis that has major implications for anyone trying to conceive.
