Started seeing them a few months into my first pregnancy. It was okay when I went there, didn't have any issues at my visits. Everyone was polite and the waits were not too long. Before my first visit I had been treated elsewhere for an std that the other clinic said I must have gotten from the baby's father. By the time i got to this office it had been weeks since finishing treatment, they tested everytime I went in and said I was good. Nothing came up at all. Horrible place. The staff has no work ethic! The doctors are decent though. Based off my horrible experience from the office staff all the way to billing I and many others are choosing to not go back here.
It is unbelievable how rude the receptionists are here. Its very unnerving when your in this condition and you don't feel supported. I pray the management reads these reviews and does something about it.
The nurse practitioner who treated me was exceptionally rude. I have a metabolic disorder that affects my reproductive health. Although I explained this to the NP beforehand, she accused me of lying about always using protection with my partner and insisted that I had an untreated STD. It was very humiliating and was even upset with the last clinic I visited for "letting me down". When the PAP test came back normal, as expected, I never received an apology from the NP for making false accusations and for her scare tactics.
