Not the best medical practice – I have been here to see a gynecologist once. I had a positive experience while in the office but getting test results was difficult. No one called with results which meant my only choice was to leave a message and wait for a return call. Then I spoke to an assistant and although I had questions, was never allowed to speak to the physician herself. Absolutely awful! – DO NOT go to this place!!!! I waited an hour and a half in their overpacked waiting room and was told it would be another additional minimum of 30 minutes until I would be seen. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that they lose a large amount of patients. I had a hard time finding a place to sit, they were completely overbooked and incredibly behind. Read this before you make an appt – My experience with Dr Sherman and her office staff has been regrettably poor. I recently received a test result that required a Colposcopy. The office personnel did not adequately prepare me for this test. In fact, when they told me to come back into the office they did not even state that the test was a Colposcopy, or what I needed to do to prep for the test, or after the test. Comfortable and Caring – I have been going to this office for over 9 years and recommend them to everyone. The staff is always nice and my doctor, Dr. Goldberg, always make me feel comfortable. They even have a new online system to write down what your health concerns/questions are before you get in the office. My wait time is minimum.

Rude – It is difficult to even get an appointment with a obgyn. Mostly you are referred to the nurse practitioner. Long wait time and rude staff. Staff is unconcerned about personal issues of their patients.
