It was awful. The receptionist was rude and short and I waited almost an hour for my first appointment and was never seen. I will never return to this place. I would suggest Ironwood if you wanted to stay in the Genesis group.
horrible doctor i almost died!! First off i only saw the dr in her office maybe 3 times she delivered my son by c section and i saw her one time in the hospital she said 3 words to me no personality! i ended up getting very ill after my c section went in to see her and her assistant lori and was told oh your fine it's just hormones i had a full body rash my blood was toxic and they didn't ever do a blood test or urinalysis !! well my husband is in the military so we had to move about 5 weeks later i get to VA the next day i ... read more
Thank you !! Fantastic – I am a very happy mom. I have had three pregnancies and deliveries with Grace Maternity. My visits were on time and very infomative. The front office and back office were always friendly and helpful. They even played with my children when I was talking with the providers. Dr. Fewell and Robin Giles NP saw me mostly and I never had a problem. I enjoyed the bed side manners of both of these smart women. Good luck with your searching and do not hesitate - I have sent my sisters.
Changed my life!! – Dr. Fewell has been following me for the better part of four years. I have had multiple surgeries on my uterus due to endometriosis,multiple ovarian cysts, and 6 fibroids that were removed when I lived in a different city. I had a child in 2009 and was considererd high risk due to my age and 3 prior surgeries to my uterus. great doctor – Dr. Fewell delivered both my babies at North west womens center. She is so friendly and easy to talk to. I had complete trust in her abiltiy to take care of me during the most important times in my life. If I have a third child she will definately be my doctor!
DO NOT GO HERE! – The worst OB-GYN imaginable!!! They violated my confidentiality contract, the nurse practitioner was insulting to me and my mother and the exam was not only physically painful because she was rushed and mean but emotionally painful since she harassed me with rude comments during. I will never go here again and plan to sue for their unethical behavior.
Don't go here!!!! – I would give it 0 stars but that is not an option. I was a patient here for several years. This place has horrible billing practices and is dirty. The exam room and table was dirty (white and red stuff on it,ehhhhhhhh!). The room had a divider (not sure what was in the other room) but there was a six inch gap in the divider. Not for natural childbirth and horrible billing practices! – I was a patient of Ironwood for several years, first for gynecology, then for obstetrics. My GYN, Dr. Schuppert was great but she doesn't do OB, so I switched to Dr. Laird for my first pregnancy. Dr. Laird is nice but she literally spent less than five minutes with me at every appt. Awful – My first apt. the doctor was 45 min late (the apt. was at 8:15 am) then I was rushed through. I wanted to get the essure perm. birth control they had the scheduling people call me. Then it became even more of a nightmare - they called me with perscriptions (which i hadn't been told about) 2 days after I was suppose to start taking them - nobody knew the side effects of the perscriptions.
