Never answers the phone. My apointment was in January, and it is now the end of March and I’m still trying to get a hold of them since they canceled the one I had originally scheduled. The front office is horrendous they sit around and don’t do their job
Dr. Nicole Hook has always been professional and very helpful with my wife's care. Whenever she has had any questions they are always answered. The staff is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, having the procedure called the Mona Lisa done has helped my wife as well.
Definitely do not recommend coming here if you need help, they don’t answer the phone what so ever and don’t even reply to voicemails and it’s been a month since I came in and can’t get ahold of anyone and they will charge you extra for things they swore wasn’t gonna cost extra.
i delivered my baby on dec 7th and dr yang, dr lia gordon, and dr hook were all caring and helpful when it came to my pregnancy journey. dr hook was the one who delivered my baby and she was very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable even though i was extremely nervous. i cant wait to come back to them for my future children :)
Love this place including the front office staff. I have seen Becky Vincenti for the last couple of years and she is a gem! Kind and knowledgeable. She makes me feel safe and comfortable every time I see her.
