Amy Antonich was wonderful! I was a little nervous to go after not having been for several years. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in a situation that is not always so comfortable. She was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. We talked about menopause/perimenopause and IUD’s since I’m not quite to the perimenopause stage. She answered all of my questions and the exam was quick and thorough. I’ll be seeing her again in a couple weeks to have my IUD replaced. I highly recommend Amy Antonich!

The “arrive 30 minutes before” was not well communicated. This practice should specify that if you do not arrive 30 minutes before you will be denied service. Why not make the appointment longer then? New patient appointments are booked 4+ months out.
This rating is based on the past visits for both myself and my daughter. My daughter is deaf and communicates using ASL. This office rescheduled my daughters appointment twice ultimately making it on a day she had to take off work(she works 2 jobs). They did not reschedule the interpreter for her visit so when she went to the office they left her in the lobby for 20 minutes treating her like it was her fault. It is incredibly disappointing to hear how this office treated my cousin, who is deaf and communicates using ASL. A healthcare provider should understand that accessibility is not an inconvenience and that not every deaf person can simply read lips. After the office rescheduled her appointment twice, they failed to arrange an interpreter for the new appointment and then initially told her she could not be seen unless she found someone to interpret for her.
