The front desk is kind of rude and not helpful at all. I was so respectful to her but she came so rude.
Jean in Pre-op at St. Joseph's Hospital is providing excellent care. She really shows that she cares about patients' well-being. Love working with her.
Is this is a legit business???? For three days I’m trying to call to re schedule appointment but keep on running into this stupid music and vm keeps on telling me that I’m the ‘’12th on line’….and more music….i was waiting 35!!!! Minutes, but no one pick the phone!! And then the vm tells me to ‘leave my name and number’…….This place is a joke!!!! Shame on you!!!!
Terrible hospital. ER is dirty and unorganized. They triage in a hallway and offer no privacy when discussing medical issues. After being admitted to the hospital, the care was better than the ER and there are some great nurses and some really uncaring and terrible ones. The hospitalists do a terrible job of communicating your care. 2 days after a procedure to find out that the dr that did the procedure was not going to explain results and another hospitalist finally explained it. I participated in St Joseph’s Hospital pulmonary rehab. It was a life changing experience for me. I’ve never been a gym girl but I learned to be successful on the treadmill and cardiac machine. Sandra, Pearce, Kelly and Maritza and visiting staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I’ don’t have typical pulmonary issues., I’m not on oxygen or have to use inhalers.
