Edit: while I standby my review of Dr Kliner, I don’t standby Carondelet. They apparently have a new policy where the providers assistant writes back what the doctor dictates to them. These are personal issues that you want to remain between you and your doctor. I get that other staff will know your info for various reasons. I don’t get why that conversation now includes them. So I went in on June 4th 2024 received a bill a year later they forgot to bill my primary and since it's been to long they dont want to deal with it. Called both insurance and they are confused why their billing department wont just send them the bill. So now I have both my insurance involved and the medical board involved. They have done this in the past they billed my insurance and then I had a copay so I was doubled charged and my insurance fought for them to pay me back. These people here honestly suck . I was literally calling Leslie about my test results she couldn’t even explain nothing throughly to me she was just rude, and the other nurses you guys need some training I highly wouldn’t recommend this obgyn they are too busy for whatever reason they never respond back to voice messages . They kept scheduling me things back to back without letting me know what was going on with me ? I still don’t see my lab results posted I’m happy I’m leaving these folks office very terrible and unprofess... read more
Dr. Cameron Kliner was outstanding. She is very professional and knowledgeable but also personable and easy to share with. The facility was really nice and they actually gave you a full length gown. (My last one only gave you two small paper covers!) It’s awkward and weird going to the gyn. Dr. Kline made it as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend
