Terrible terrible customer service, have been calling them the past 2 weeks to try and change our insurance, no one ever answers or calls back.
The staff is very friendly, I have read other reviews about other OB's and they seem decent. Unfortunately with my experience it was not so good. Grigg was my OB, I am going through my 4th miscarriage as I was diagnosed the baby's heart beat stopped around 6 weeks. She called that day after the ultrasound and was sympathetic about the loss, but when I had questions and asked if I could ask she gave me a short 'sure'. Outside of my appointments always getting reassigned locations, I had an appointment for 1 p.m. When I arrived 15 minutes early, the door was locked and wasn't scheduled to open until 1 p.m. There are no sitting areas outside the office. Being 36 weeks pregnant, it's not easy standing in the hall for at least 15 minutes. Put a couple of chairs out if you won't open the office for your patients to sit before their appointment. Why you would schedule me at 1 p.m. and not open until 1 p.m. is beyond me.
I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewers, but I had a great experience! I came in from out of town to see Doctor Chen. I felt so comfortable talking with him. He answered my questions, and explained my options as well as the pros and cons of each option. He got me an imaging appointment the next day before I had to head home. Great stained glass in the lobby!! They recently relocated within their building, and maybe that contributed to the poor experience for other people?
