The billing department is impossible to work with… they always overcharge and then never update about any credit, so my FSA kept rejecting payment to this practice, every time I need to call the billing department which always take a whole month after the charge and it’s almost impossible to get a hold of them. ZERO STARS! Never go here! NEVER! I saw Erin and she is so rude- how does she even have a job like this? She's snippy and dismissive and very rough. Stay away.
DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is rude. Doctors are worse. Erin Grigg has the personality and bedside manner of a honey badger. She was condescending and snarky. They never respond to phone calls or messages in the portal for weeks. It's like it's everyone's first day on the job.
I was recommended to see Genesis for hormone therapy. However, after waiting an hour for the doctor, she told me she couldn’t help me in that area yet when I specifically made the appointment I requested hormone therapy. The doctor was very rude, although her being an hour late to see me, she never apologized. She was very cold. Maya, the nurse was very kind. Also, the front office was very professional other than that don’t waste your time going to this place it really lacks professionalism.
Working with this office to get birth control filled is nearly impossible, I’ve been a patient of this office for more than four years, I always do my annual visits to assure I can get my birth control prescribed, but regardless the office is difficult to communicate with when a new script needs to be sent to the pharmacy. They never answer their phone and are generally difficult.
