They are just terrible all around.
Cancelled 2 of my appointments even after I confirmed online. Some of the providers are really good but dealing with the office staff is not worth it. It’s unfortunate because of their locations they have the ability to run a successful practice.
Horrible communication. I left a voicemail over a week ago with a simple billing question and haven’t heard back. I also called a week in advance asking if a certain type of appointment was covered by my insurance and gave me the wrong answer. Would not recommend at all.
Dr Olivia May is amazing. So kind and patient and informative! I am so grateful to have her as my doctor! Also the location is clean and all the staff are friendly.
