I recently purchased a CPO Genesis G70 and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Patrick was my salesman and he was upfront and honest, something that’s hard to come by these days. I worked with Xavier a bit too while Patrick had to assist another customer briefly and they were both a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership as well as Patrick and Xavier to anyone in the market for a Genesis. The car is pretty sweet too. The Holler family does a great job with their hiring of salesmen.
Great purchasing experience followed by terrible service experience. Where do I start? For one, try reaching their service department by phone and you’ll find that 95% of the time, you’ll receive someone’s voicemail. Try calling the sales department by phone and they’re answering calls on the first ring. This shows that they are eager to sell you a car but less eager to help you service that vehicle. Service experience NOT in line with expectation for a luxury car brand.
After visiting all 3 Orlando area Genesis dealers, we leased our 3rd Genesis virtually hassle free at North Orlando/Winter Park. Xavier was the most knowledgeable salesperson of all 3 dealers we visited and he worked to get us the deal we wanted. North Orlando was the only dealer that offered us anything for being loyal Genesis owners. It was well worth the drive from Vero Beach to make the deal.
