Staff is friendly but they stick to their script. Be prepared for sales on an extra service every time you visit. I mentioned a concern at my last schedule maintenance and was told it would be an extra $380 for a diagnostic... even though my car was brought in for recommended service. I have been 3 times now and every visit is the same... your vehicle maintenance will cost more than your car price after 3 years.
