Good service.
I've had good experiences in the past, but got poor service from Service Dept on my Genesis this week. Took it in Monday for routine maintenance, specifically mentioned how one default setting was driving me nuts and I wanted it fixed, got it back late in the day, it wasn't fixed, my tech was gone, called back and left a message on Tuesday, still no response. And they called my cell at least 3 times before the appointment to confirm it, which was annoying, but now I can't get a call back. They also said they would replace th... read more
