Bought a used Jetta March 2017, next day took it to be Maryland State Inspected-evidence of major oil leak discovered. Called and emailed, was told by Kim she would take care of it,get estimate and photos, didn't know how her mechanic missed it. Sent emails and photos, called repeatedly, Kim emailed back once stating it was end of month, she dropped the ball, she would talk to her mechanic and owner Larry and get back to us-never heard from Kim again and had to pay for repair on our own-NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Christine - You sent pix of what you considered a major oil leak. You photos were sent to two independent garages. BOTH garages said there was No leak. Just seepage. AND that the car passes PA State Inspection without issue. I FIND IT QUITE COMICAL THAT YOU SAY NOT TO BUY FROM US? Yet you got a great deal!!! That car is perfect! YOU reported us to the BBB and findings were in our favor. I did not drop the ball here- Once we were threatened by you? I stopped contact. Enjoy your car

BUYER BEWARE Genesis Motor's does not sell good cars, they are selling used lemons so sad that they take advantage of people Genesis sold me a car with a list of problems a mile long, they tell you they are going to fix your problems and they never do also they do not answer your phone calls
