Always a breeze. I get there and the guy that lays the plastic mats and refills the fluids is always full of jokes and smiles. And I’m always greeted by the girls. Danielle is who took care of me this visit. And is always sweet. I came in for routine maintenance dropped car off and was done in a few hours.
Outstanding customer service!! The team was knowledgeable and efficient in moving customers in and out in a timely fashion. I have gone to both Olive Branch and Wolfchase locations with both having VERY LONG wait times and not the best customer service in some cases. Gossett on Covington Pike was a refreshing change for me. Thank you Gossett Genesis for restoring my faith in the brand I've come to love.
Taylor Smith is the best service person that Genesis has had. This is my third genesis that I Purchased with Gossett.
