I feel as if this office isnt where it should be. I have witnessed unprofessionalism from 2 employees, one whose office smells like weed and the other in just the way she talks to customers. I didnt feel comfortable. Every other staff member is exceptional from the front desk to some of the techs. The sad thing is I do believe the 2 Im talking about are the highest level ranking employees. I think management should reevaluate.
I chose Genesis based on its (mostly) excellent reviews. I am a physician myself, and have been doing Botox for quite awhile, and filler for almost as long. It's not something I want to mess around "getting a deal" on. I want experienced technicians.My appointment was Oct 13.
