I can’t thank Dr. Ferris and Genesis Med Spa. Enough. My Age was catching up with me. Actually, it was ahead of me. And I felt it!!!! As a 34 yr old male, I was not ready to live with that. They were highly recommended by a colleague, so I figured I’d check them out. I told Dr. Ferris about my woes. And BioTE to the rescue. When they told me I’d feel 19 again, I was sceptical. I went there for a screening. Very nice people. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
They do great work, but my appointments never start on time.
The massage was FANTASTIC! However, the room was freezing and the mattress heating pad was not working. When I brought this to the masseuse's attention she tried to remedy the issue by putting a heating bag under my neck and heated booties on my feet, and getting an extra blanket. This helped some, but anytime she had to remove the blankets to massage, that area got a chill. I had veins worked on in my legs. I was very scared because I did not know what to expect. The staff is so nice and helpful. They had ny nerves calmed down by the doctor came in to the procedure room. I will recommend Genesis Laser&Vein &Genesis Medspa to all my friends and family.
