I filled out all my paperwork, with my Medicare/additional coverage. Went to my appointment on time with 15 minutes to spare. I was asked to get on their computer again and answer the same questions. I did so. Then, before seeing the Doctor, I’m asked for my card to pay $253.00 ! When I asked the receptionist why I was being asked to pay for services not yet rendered, she innocently responded, that’s our policy. I respectfully declined my appointment. Crazy stuff happening with all these popular groups.
I’ve been going to this practice for a while and started seeing NP Lauren Tyler back in November after my previous provider left. I was honestly a little nervous about switching, but she has been amazing and such a breath of fresh air. She actually listens to me and takes time during our appts. which means a lot.
