I followed Alida Askren, NP from the Baptist Medical network to here when she moved. She has great bedside manner, really takes time to listen, and really seems to care. She responds quickly (within 24 hours) to messages sent through the portal, and has had medication samples to offer in office. I even referred my husband to her when he was having issues with his doctor, and she got him taken care of quickly!
The receptionist’s are always nice and they listen so no side comments for them. Bobby Brock seems as if he’s always annoyed when I talk. I went in for a check up and we were discussing simple issues and updates. I explain how the anti depressants he prescribed to me helped but made me feel like a zombie. I mentioned that I can’t feel so out of it since I’m a SAHM and explained that I’m also tired as it is because of my son. It’s unfortunate when good doctors prioritize profit over service. The staff is incompetent and has double standards. I’m disappointed to stop seeing Dr. Francis but I can’t deal with the terrible service of his office.
It’s unfortunate there are some great doctors in this practice. Unfortunately between the phone line, billing department & front desk this establishment is HORRIBLE to choke down. I have gotten over showing up twice being told they accept my insurance just to be denied after filling everything out for the appointment, etc. I came back both times.
