I love Dr. Simpson. She is an extraordinary doctor who truly cares about her patients.
Today was my first day for treatment, and though I was nervous each person that assisted me was warm and welcoming.
Someone shared an interview on YouTube of Dr. Sajid that I found interesting. I was right! Dr. Sajid is the best Oncologist I’ve ever met and believe me, I’ve met my share over the years. She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, passionate about her work, selective in the care she provides, and empathetic. She isn’t one of these money hungry doctors that ignore your thoughts and feelings and rushes you out of her office. Thankfully her team, Lauren and Blair, possess the same qualities. I’m so grateful for having found them.
I have tried calling multiple times, but your receptionist/call agent, Bryan, repeatedly places me on hold for several minutes and then disconnects the call. This has happened several times, and I find this behavior very unprofessional. I am not sure what the issue is, but I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter.
