Always a good experience with Genesis medical. Kind, concerned practitioners. The staff are caring and helpful with all aspects of your visit. One exception……. Don’t use the Lab. It’s a dark hole of ineptness!
I had a good physical but more than a week later, I’m still reaching out daily to see my blood work results. No one will answer me or share them on the app. Frustrating.
Dr. Andrew Norato is the best PCP I’ve had. He is the first doctor to believe me by listening which is the bare minimum anyone asks of any doctor. He helped me with referrals to other specialities for other chronic problems ,and I am finally getting help for those issues. I submitted blood work on June 13, 2025, and as of today—over two and a half weeks later—I have received no results. I followed up five times by phone with no proper response. I was later informed that my samples were misplaced and never arrived at the lab, yet my insurance was still billed for services that were never completed. One of the phlebotomists behaved in a very disrespectful manner toward a younger colleague. This demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and ethics. An argument between employees took place in front of a patient, which is highly inappropriate in a clinical setting. My husband was present in the lab and witnessed the entire situation.
