Today was my first time at this facility and I am really impressed with the professionalism from the first person I interacted with to the very last! The receptionist was the sweetest and she was so patient with me! The lady that took my vitals was kind and professional and the physician assistant I saw, Andrew Norato was personable and professional. It's rare for me to 5 star a doctor or medical facility. Today's visit was smooth and happy. Zero issues with check in, wait time or front office staff. N.P. Andrew Norato was excellent. He calmed my fears, did a very good physical assessment, and faxed my referral to an orthopedic.
