I've left multiple messages with the billing department to discuss a copay that I do not owe. I continue receiving statements stating I owe Genesis $25 that I do not owe. Im not sure how to proceed from here.

had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Gabriela Bahr. I was seeking clearance needed for a kidney transplant evaluation, and the process felt unnecessarily complicated and insensitive to the urgency transplant patients face. The office requires you to schedule an initial appointment just to speak with the doctor, then go do blood work, and then schedule another appointment just to receive the results.
