had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Gabriela Bahr. I was seeking clearance needed for a kidney transplant evaluation, and the process felt unnecessarily complicated and insensitive to the urgency transplant patients face. The office requires you to schedule an initial appointment just to speak with the doctor, then go do blood work, and then schedule another appointment just to receive the results. Somehow my review disappeared, so I'm writing another. I went to Genesis today to get a referral; my health insurance company now requires referrals to see a specialist. N.P. Andy Norato took care of that for me. He also did a quick and efficient health checkup. He's a very observant person and pays attention to detail. He is quite personable, and I enjoyed the visit with him. The wait time was short, and Dotty and Neesa are excellent assisting staff. The check-in procedure is quick. If you are like me - good health, no history, just getting old - and you need a doctor for "getting old" things, I highly recommend Andrew Norato, PA at the Genesis Medical Group. He is perfect for what I need. He addresses what needs to be addressed with no doctor-speak and doesn't try to fix what isn't broken. He feels as much like a friend as he does a doctor. I took a shot in the dark to find my doctor. You don't have to as I can tell you Andrew is a great doctor and professional.
Andrew is a great NP. I’ve been dealing with not feeling well for a while. He listened to me, didn’t make me feel dismissed and helped me with a solution. I’m extremely grateful for him! I look forward to bringing my family to see him.
It's rare for me to 5 star a doctor or medical facility. Today's visit was smooth and happy. Zero issues with check in, wait time or front office staff. N.P. Andrew Norato was excellent. He calmed my fears, did a very good physical assessment, and faxed my referral to an orthopedic. I hope by the end of this week I have a call for the orthopedic appointment, as delays and incompetence from other places have been frustrating. UPDATE: Things are looking good!
