Genesis is the worst experience I have ever had! The phone service gives you people you can’t understand. The call back service doesn’t respond. If I didn’t already have a doctor there I would never use them. Hope this helps you find someone else!
I had gone to that office when I found out my old doctor was working there. When I arrived for my appointment and getting registered but stopped midway because the front desk decided to help the lady who walked up to the desk entitled to get help. I was told to sit down and come back when she finished with her. I ended up canceling my appointment and my dads because they could have easily told the other patient to wait until they were done. Race concern came across my mind when this happened.
Not as good as other HMO's. Takes forever for blood work. Doctor visits are brief. They have older equipment. Have to use other providers for specialist. Their imaging does not take debit cards.
