Worst billing system ever. You have to call several different people as the bills continue to roll in and no one takes any accountability nor do they care. They have told us twice that this is the last bill and yet we continue to receive bills. Their customer services is terrible. I'm all about paying my bills timely but when they can't even tell you what you are being billed for it's ridiculous.
