Front counter staff was amazing!! During the ultrasound the lady was in a rich it seemed like getting everything she needed in the scan and I didn't get one decent picture which was upsetting.
I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff at the front desk are polite, yet direct and thorough. It seems to be a very busy office so I understand if they don't have time for small talk. Due to my high risk pregnancy, I have had to go in almost monthly for ultrasounds, so I have visited with several different technicians and they have all been very friendly. Went in for an ultrasound, being maternal fetal clinic you’d imagine you’d get at least decent pictures. The tech was in a hurry trying to get everything she needed and didn’t take time to get at least one decent picture. It’s not like we get ultrasounds every month either so this is very upsetting.
I truly feel as though the front desk lady needs a vacation. She seems annoyed by you being in her office and talking to her. The other lady that was here when I attempted to make my appointment in person was also very put out by people being there. It seems like a lot of the staff of Genesis ha forgotten that they are supposed to be customer services.
