STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Mahwah Genesis kept me hanging for seven weeks without a car and never provided the vehicle. After more than a dozen unanswered calls to my salesperson (Juan) and finally speaking to the sales manager (Chris) I was told that Genesis will no longer be in Mahwah, and they are referring me to the Englewood Genesis dealership. Horrible experience. I scheduled my G70 for the service recall. I late received a phone call that the appointment had to be canceled because, as per management they weren't taking any new vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy a vehicle from this location, nor will I have my vehicle service here. I don't think I will buy genesis again. I've purchased 5 hyundai and 1 genesis in the past. Never again. I'll spend my money where I can get some respect.
This is my second genesis, I brought my GV70 in for a recall service for a fuel pump problem last Friday, i picked up the car on Monday and have had the windows open now for 3 days the smell of gasoline is overwhelming and I cannot drive my car. I called service and they basically said, keep airing it out or in other words, live with it until it's gone, never again, no more genesis, no more Mahwah service
