These folks are incredibly generous with their time. My elderly dad keeps finding old watches and bringing them in for batteries and other minor repairs. They are not high-value items to the world at large, but they are to him. I find the time they spend helping him fix (or retire) them for often little or no money deeply moving. Every time he comes in, they treat him like the most important customer.
I am very satisfied with their professional services. I have reached out to them regarding a ring guard fitment with no charge and greatly they were able to accommodate me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.. Thanks for you help..
Genesis Jewelers is the absolute best. Over time I have brought many pieces in for repair and Steve was able to really repair when other jewelers just patched. He is professional and a real artist!
These guys are awesome. Called to see of they can accommodate me by installing a ring adjuster for my fiancé. In no time they provided me with one free of charge. Excellent service..
