Greeted with a smile. Girls were so helpful. Repaired a bracelet at no charge. Beautiful pieces of jewelry, I will definitely be back. Service was exceptional!
I highly recommend Genesis Jewelers. I had a great experience with them they really went out of their way to get me what I wanted and also did an amazing repair Job on an antique piece of jewelry that I had. It was a pleasure meeting you guys and will be back very soon. Thank you for all your help.
I moved to Shrub Oak 4 1/2 years ago. Genesis Jewelers was the first jewelry store that I visited. They are friendly, helpful and their prices are very fair. I had small earrings made, a necklace to match and have had many watch batteries replaced and other repairs. Always beautifully done. I have also sold gold pieces and always received a price that I was satisfied with. Genesis Jewelers is my jewelry store. They are all great!
Fantastic service. They fixed a broken necklace for free and cleaned a ring - no charge. Jewlery looks great as well.
Very friendly staff, went to take in necklace with the connector piece broken and they fixed it within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
