Horrible customer management! I had scheduled an appointment over the phone in November, and when I showed up was told the counselor I was supposed to see did not show up that day and I would have to reschedule. Now, on the morning of my rescheduled appointment (1 hr. 20 mins. before) I receive a call saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled AGAIN and was not properly entered into their calendar. I would give 0 stars if I could. They are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I worked there as a counselor and long story short, after i reported an instance where my direct supervisor (male) walked in on me in the bathroom, they started treating me terribly and shortly after they moved me permanently to another building and refused to pay me according to what we had agreed on upon my hire.
