We have built three new homes and Genesis (by far) was the best builder that we've with over the years. We ended up moving because of a change in the development but I miss that house. It was a beautiful, well-built home. Genesis had a great building process that kept you informed along the way and the best system for follow-up during that first year. Very responsive and professional. We will probably move and build one more time and it will hands down be a Genesis home.

We had an incredible experience working with Genesis and Dan during our home-building process. Dan is not only highly skilled but also extremely knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and expertise are unmatched. Even after 10 years, our home still stands strong, with no issues whatsoever—a true testament to the quality of work they deliver. I would recommend Genesis and Dan if you’re looking for a reliable and talented builder!

They use the poorest quality contractors, they don’t care they were months behind the build. They don’t get back to you even when you spend a lot of money the owner and dude who run the company don’t know how to do their job. Go somewhere else!
