Over four months of waiting for them to get approval on my CPAP resupply and when I show up to get the parts, they tell me that my insurance company may still deny the request. Which is what I'd been told was the reason for the holdup for 4 months. It may be how our medical system is in this country, but the stellar lack of communication from this and the IA office is next level. Save yourself the hassle and just start with a different provider.

When I called and left a message about needing a compression sleeve...Christina called me back a few hours later to apologetically tell me they didn't have it. She was very kind and I appreciated that she called me back in a timely manner.

I have not received notification for my bi-pap supplies in almost 6 months. When I call, nobody ever answers the phone. I left a message and it says I will be contacted in 24-48 hours. I’ve been waiting 5 days. I’m done. Time to find someone else to get my supplies from. Edit: It’s been two weeks and never did get a call back after leaving a message. Explains why their rating is so low.
