When I called and left a message about needing a compression sleeve...Christina called me back a few hours later to apologetically tell me they didn't have it. She was very kind and I appreciated that she called me back in a timely manner.

I have not received notification for my bi-pap supplies in almost 6 months. When I call, nobody ever answers the phone. I left a message and it says I will be contacted in 24-48 hours. I’ve been waiting 5 days. I’m done. Time to find someone else to get my supplies from. Edit: It’s been two weeks and never did get a call back after leaving a message. Explains why their rating is so low.

I had a script sent over for a one knee mobility scooter after having tendon surgery in my right foot. I have been calling multiple times a day for 4 days and have yet to get a hold of someone.
