Horrible experience overalll!!
I went to Genesis Home Medical equipment for a scooter in 2014 and Brian was very helpful and it was a great experience. Now I have been going for respiratory needs. Everyone there from the phone operators, front counter clerks, respiratory therapists and Brian give the most courteous and informative service! I highly recommend them! Thank you
