Awesome place to work very friendly and knowledgeable staff and employees
I work through Genesis as my mother and fathers home health attendant. I was determined to, as the previous attendants all seemed to want to take advantage of my handicapped parents. The job is straight forward, if you apply then you already know the demands. Overall it is decent and can be fair. Management leaves me desiring more structure and they seem to know less about the industry than other healthcare providers.
