Chris had my AC fixed in no time, less than an hour to diagnose and fix it. Service was great and fast, 10/10 would recommend!
Speedy response to online appointment request system. I put in request Thurs evening and called at 730 the Friday morning and they already had me scheduled for 830-930. Chris came, quickly diagnosed bad capacitor, had us up and running by 945. He verified everything was up to spec. I felt their charge was reasonable especially considering they got it done so quick on a Friday. Highly recommend Genesis!
