Called Genesis later in the day when I discovered my furnace was not working. They arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem and installed a new furnace in less than 24 hours.. Left my home cleaner than when they came, too! Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Genesis... We have called on them for multiple projects... and they have come through for us EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Even in urgent situations - like replacing a hot water heater - they fit us in on a Friday so we wouldn't be without hot water over the weekend. All of their staff are friendly and reliable.
