I’ve had lab work (blood draws) there several times and never had any problems. The staff has always been courteous and friendly to me. They were a little slow once, but not too bad. Every place can get busy once in a while. Cut them some slack people.
As far as I can tell everyone who works in this building is morbidly obese. I was told I need to eat healthier food and exercise more to lower cholesterol by a nurse who probably weighs 400 pounds. If you can't take care of yourself why are you in healthcare?
Place is ridiculous, been here since they opened at 8 am took 30 minutes to check in because the lady's thought there conversation was more important then the 10 people waiting, now I've been sitting here for an 1.5 hours waiting for nothing beyond ridiculous
They could hire new receptionist that are accommodating and helpful not the once that when they answer the phone, you will even hear them sigh and just very frustrating talking to most of the Genesis receptionist nowadays. Doctors are great but my goodness! What is wrong with these receptionist? They don't know what a good customer service anymore. I mean if you hate your job that much, leave! Genesis management should review their employees otherwise your service is going down with them.
I just want to say thank you to all nurses and doctors and if I can I would give them all 100 stars but those who work on receptions I chose to give one . So if I give you my ID why I have to repeat myself and everyone can hear what I’m saying but she can’t . I told her that I do not have health insurance and she almost came to my face and ask me really freaking slowly like I’m some kind of idiot “ DO YOU HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE btw all those people in line heard me saying no and they heard what’s my full name and my address! ... read more
