Been seeing Dr. V for over a year now for a urology issue. He knows his stuff, is thorough, and explains things in a way that a normal person can understand.
Dr Robert’s is so personable and empathetic! I just luv his style & manner.. Real down to earth. Creates an environment of being connected.
Worst organization ever!! AFTER three calls to get someone to look up the authorization and when ultimately they did, made the appointment THEN received a called back the next day to state that the office on the authorization no longer accepted the insurance that was clearly shown on the form!!! They then said, you need request a new authorization to go to our other office.....I decided I didn't need them AT ALL!!
Dr. Roberts listens to my concerns and offers solutions and options. He is very personable and makes me feel comfortable.
