Genisis equipment is old and loud. It is a shame that the Hospice we have uses this supposedly service. Use sombody that cares because they don't. And try not to spoil their holidays.
Setup was professional and timely. Pick-up was to be after 1PM, I have been waiting all afternoon and now into the evening. My wife just passed, I have many things to do.
