My grandmother has fallen multiple times, also calls for the staff to come to her room to assist and waits 2 hours for someone to show up. The staff also keeps removing medical equipment from her room and lying about it. IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE BEING IN THIS FIELD THEN LEAVE.

My aunt was sent to genesis berkshire for rehab services after surgery. she contracted Covid while there and was sent to crestview facility in Langhorne. she was discharged from facility to her apartment in a hospital gown and blanket in the middle of winter. Numerous phone calls to locate her clothing have not been returned. Coat,sweaters,pants,tops,socks,underwear all are missing along with Christmas cards and well wishes.

I can't tell you how please my family is with the care and needs my mother Roselynn has received at Mifflin Center/Genesis Health care.. Especially with these difficult times with Covid this Center has the best plan of communication and care/safety plan to ease our concerns. Staff is friendly and all make this facility a pleasure to work with on any concern I have about my Mother. I thank you all for your dedication.
