I am my mother’s POA & HCPA. The BIGGEST mistake of my life was allowing my mother to stay with those people. These people are evil and vile. I took my mother home due to the fact they weren’t giving her showers. Or providing proper patient care. She had feces on her bed one day that was NOT her’s! My brother has been at Andover Manor for over 6 months. The staff is to be commended for their knowledge, professionalism, and patience. He is very well taken care of, the food is excellent, and the cleaning staff keep the place spotless. I feel very fortunate that he is in such a safe and caring environment.
