Brought my girlfriend to get checked due to her not feeling well, and finally, having the time I brought her to get checked, we were waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour and over an hour waiting for the doctor to arrive. The nurse wasn't helpful much
Helped expeditedly and conveniently located.
Severe blistered sunburn and got turned away because they wouldn't take a picture of my drivers license needed valid copy. I can barely walk, legs are burning and front desk refused to find any other options. So much for helping people, what good is a doctor when you can't find a loop hole to be checked in. Front desk needs to find better ways to identify people because not everyone has valid IDs.
Always caring and helped me several times in emergencies.
I have a Dr. appointment the following week so I stopped at the entry level desk to make sure. The lady pointed down to the next desk. I told the lady I wasn't sure if I was supposed to get labs done for next week's appointment or not. She told me I would have to go upstairs to my Dr. office and find out. I mentioned her possibly checking and she said she was just convenient care. So I go upstairs to ask at my Dr. reception area. I find out, yes I do need labs for this upcoming visit.
