Just seems like since They merged with Mercy One , everything has gone downhill bad!
Dr.Serafino is a joke. A year ago I went to him. He wanted to do many tests and I objected. He wrote a 2 page report at my Genesis patient portal. He called me combative, elderly, and was not prepared for me when I got to his office.
My husband had a very lengthy tests done with Nancy (I think) and because my husband tends to make jokes when he is nervous he failed, or at least he didn’t score higher because he wasn’t behaving properly, we were told he had to stop driving and at that point he didn’t want to hear anymore. Then we saw Dr Short and he wanted my husband to be in a drug trial, we declined and we never heard from him again. I called and left several messages because the meds he put my LO on made him like a zombie. Never heard back.
Dr Serafini has been very helpful to me. I have neuropathy and he has helped me manage the condition. He is professional and a great listener.
