refused to help me get my lab order reprinted. I explained several times I don't have a functional computer or printer at home and just had the emailed copy from my doctor. absolutely no help at all. the front desk people were kind, but the people doing the lab work were unsympathetic and incredibly rude. I will not be coming back here.
Lab process was quick and easy. Set up the appt online, went in at my time and was out in under twenty minutes. Staff was nice and helpful.
