Dr. Christa McLaughlin is the best family care doctor in the Quad Cities. When I changed jobs and got new insurance I had to try to find a new doctor. After visiting a few I decided I would rather pay out of pocket than to see a different physician. She's worth the drive and money! She's been my doctor for over 20 years and has stopped by me through thick and thin. She's amazing!
I was treated with professionalism in a very timely fashion. I went in with a concern and they took care of my needs immediately. Keep in mind to also have patience for the nurses and doctors. They are doing their best! Will definitely be back again for future needs.
Nurse Chris accused me of something that I did not do, to get revenge for disagreeing with her about having to come in to get a new referral after I went to see a specialist. Dr. Lee believed the falsehood and told me to go see someone else, which I am actually relieved about because there were two times that Genesis contacted me about appointments that I didn't make, and they led back to his office. I don't know what he's up to, but I feel better not being part of it.
Mara was a great help but Summer was not. Chris the nurse was clueless and even admitted to not going over paperwork. Dr. Lee was okay I guess. Couldn't help me. The referral they sent me on took a year to see someone and they sent me back to Dr. Lee and Chris said I had to come in before getting a new referral, so basically referred me to themselves first, which doesn't make sense. Nobody freaking cares! and meanwhile, I get to suffer more.
