When you hear stories of our broken health care system, unending and unexplained bills, and outrageous charges, look no further. Genesis is a great example of what is wrong with our health care system when it comes to billing and no up-front prices (seems its just made up). I went to Genesis once back in August for an Xray. That's it. They referred me to ORA (who was great). Oct, I finally get a bill for an Xray, with no insurance applied. Whatever, I pay it.
