I don’t usually write bad reviews, but my experience with Genesis Port Macquarie has been incredibly disappointing. I was promised a refund weeks ago and never received it. Instead, they kept charging my account even after I cancelled. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get it sorted and have been completely ignored. Had a 5 day gym pass which was great. However, when it came to pay for a years membership the price went up for seniors rate of &750,00 last week when I enquired, to $895 dollars this week. I like the place but with that sort of change I can go elsewhere and get air conditioning too! Pity!
