Staff are always happy and encouraging and the gym is always clean and layout is really good and it is affordable to be a member highly recommend using Genesis
Absolutely outstanding facility. The manager Chloe goes above and beyond for the members. Super clean, well managed and incredible community. You need to go to this club and experience the Genesis service it’s the best community I’ve felt in any gym I’ve been too.
Fitness passport user’s, only in town for the night. Rang up in the morning, got told we could use the facilities without buying a Key Tag. We drove 40 minutes to the location under the impression we could train there. When I walked in, the guy at the counter refused us entry because I wouldn’t purchase a key tag, which are usually between $30 and $40 so would have come to around $80. Unreal and not happy.
Friendly staff, very clean and weights are returned. Easy access for members from underground carpark. Enough equipment and weights to train for fitness or to get a good pump
