Staff are very helpful, don't be afraid to ask for help. Give's a homely vibe with many Machines to pick from. A good variety of dumbbells, plates and attachments to use. The amount of rooms they have is great too. I would definitely recommend anyone with a positive attitude and kind heart looking to get in shape or maintain there health strength and mobility, this is definitely an S tier facility I would return to consistently. -Jamal from Gold Coast.
