I love genesis so much I would do anything for this location (the one by my house) to be updated it’s sooo just .. idk. .. not necessarily dirty but just old. It needs a hot tub added and it needs a fresher look along with an updated locker room. Unfortunately not a good experience. Customer service issues are handled very poorly and dishonestly.

Stopping by Genesis Health Clubs - Southridge was a fantastic way to keep up with my fitness routine while traveling. The facility is impressively massive, spotlessly clean, and loaded with a wide array of top-tier strength training machines, free weights, and modern cardio equipment, so there was no waiting around to get a workout in.
