Great place to workout! Great equipment, good size gym and very clean.
I’ve never been more insulted by the way staff at the front desk treats people. Not to mention trying to confront and argue with me on the gym floor about something broken with their system being down. Rude and combative is the best way to describe their behavior.
I would love to get a membership here, but the only three days that I can come here ,they close early, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
They are very nice, my problem is they have been saying different dates about the pool. Since they opened this location. If just a person who works out only, it's beautiful place
In March of 2025 I was looking to join a gym on the south side of Des Moines with a pool so I could swim laps. At the time this Genesis location’s webpage specifically said it had a pool, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. Great, exactly what I was looking for. I went in for a tour/to join and the gentleman at the front desk told me it was actually all under construction but would be done by summer.
