This gym franchise demands in person cancellation. I've gone into the gym twice to cancel, once on 08 September 2025, the other on 09 September 2025, and both times have been told by staff that their system is down and they cannot terminate my gym membership. Whenever I call this gym location, their phone is always busy and despite calling over a dozen times, have not been able to reach anyone. Love this gym ♥️♥️♥️facility is always clean most staffs are friendly and professional highly recommend this is by far the best fitness center in town especially if you take your health journey seriously……
Genesis was great. unfortunately we have the opportunity for free gym elsewhere so we had to cancel but Benjamin made our cancellation super easy and I’m appreciative of that.
I was here for 15 years and left for 2. I would have to say I am very impressed with the upkeep here. Every single day there is 2-4 people cleaning everything. Mirrors, walls, window, dumbbells, all equipment from top to bottom. This was huge thing for my wife and I was cleanliness. Not to mention the equipment is great and staff very pleasant. After coming from crunch fitness this is 100 times better.
