My wife was a member until the promises just kept being extended over & over. The pool has not been completed in over a year with the same amount of dollars as one with a pool. I paid for membership that she could not use I still paid after canceling. The place is clean friendly staff but way to costly. The value isn't there. They would tell her to go the west side, well we don't live on the west side! If I could give them zero stars I would. They said the pool would be ready in August - it wasn’t. They said September etc: they finally said maybe February. I said I want to cancel and they won’t let me!!!! False advertising and shady business practices. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
This gym franchise demands in person cancellation. I've gone into the gym twice to cancel, once on 08 September 2025, the other on 09 September 2025, and both times have been told by staff that their system is down and they cannot terminate my gym membership. Whenever I call this gym location, their phone is always busy and despite calling over a dozen times, have not been able to reach anyone.
