I love that the place has a room set aside for squatting and a deadlift only platform. This is a great option when you don't want to fight squatters for a power rack. Another perk, though not the biggest, is having a steam room right in the locker room next to the showers. I only gave it a 4/5 stars because from what I remember some of the equipment is dated. That being said, Genesis has always been good at updating things in my experience—and it has been a year since I've worked out here.
