Renovations are amazing, such a great location and gym!
What happened to can go to any Genesis location anywhere? Now we have to pay more just to go to Westroads because they finally updated the place that was a dump when they bought it. I go once a week to a Group X class as it is the only one offered on a Saturday and it happens to be a Westroads and they want us to pay more?!! spoke with this gym on multiple occasions back in 2018 about the cleanses of the gym. The management ignored my concerns and I contacted their corporate I was going to cancel. The corporate office said they are not required by contract to keep the gym clean which was shocking. After I received a collection for over $800 dollars I contacted them again. They said they would waive it only if I became a customer again. Why would be a customer again when they can't take the time to clean the gym? And to try and hold... read more
