I had a great experience at Genesis Health Clinic. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor was patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated the level of care and attention I received. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare or aesthetic services.
Constantly overbooked. Had to wait over an hour on average for my kids. I can understand if it's 10-15 minutes, but the wait should never be this long. It is disrespecting your patients time.
Place is fine but wait times are HORRIBLE. I’m not usually one to complain as I understand that it could be an off day, but i have been here three times and each time they were 35 minutes, 1 hour, and 30 minutes late for my booked appointment time. They heavily overbook patients.
