My mom had to go here for rehab after breaking her hip and very unfortunately she did not make it out. Some of the nurses were nice but overall the care she received was heartbreaking. They do not care about the people. My mom was not given her medicine and ended up in the ICU leading to her death. A simple broken bone turned into a nightmare.
Since it is now called the Citadel. They have the most caring nurses and staff. All kinds of activities daily. Patients just need to ask for help getting into their wheelchairs from bed.
Thank God for genuine caring hearts like Nicole Glass whose efforts and commitment aid in making the difference in patient 's care
