This corporation does not care about your loved one. Their complaint line is a third-party company that just re-routes your complaint back to the local facility. Why have a complaint line then? Their corporate team wants no part of your complaints. They have many, many lawsuits, complaints, issues ranging from neglect, discrimination, fraud, with the US Dept of Health, the DOJ, and various state and local agencies. You have an employee implying disabled patients are lying about their disability and admitting to forcing them to stand when they are in a wheelchair. Every time someone mentions your services I will alert them to the fact that is the kind of person you have working for you. I would hope that you remove such hatred from the workplace so that way I can atleast say something was done about it. This place should be low on your list. They don't listen to the patients concerns. My brother told them he could not breath and they told him he was OK. Shortly after he was admitted to the hospital for covid and pneumonia. They packed his things up and put them into a room that had only 1 key and keyholder and would not have that person come in it to get his things out even though I explained the reason for me not getting there earlier. It seems the company is more concerned with the bottom line than the patient's care.

This place is truly a train wreck and continues to outdo itself. As a vendor who has provided piano entertainment since 2016, it has always been a chore getting paid from Genesis communities. Now I'm finding that because they declared bankruptcy, I have to file a claim online? This is ridiculous. Hopefully they can get their act together so this can become a 5-star review.

This is one of the worst places to work they don't treat there employees good at all the one in silver city nm has cockroches in there kitchen there employees don't get lunch or help if needed iam actually turning this place into the labor board and Osha and thinking about getting a lawyer they totally miss treat there employees seen it first hand and head bosses treating clients bad worst place ever hope someone shuts them down
