My family would never recommend Wallingford Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to anyone who cares about their loved one’s well-being. Please for the love of God, keep your loved ones away from this facility. I took my MIL out AMA after she became addicted to opioids for no reason at all, and she was treated so poorly.
