I've been here many times since I was younger and coming with my mom. Now I am older and have been coming here on my own. I've noticed they are VERY slow to help you. Usually I wait at least 45 mins before I even go into a room to be seen and then another 30 mins at least before I see anyone. Today is my final visit because of the poor quality of this place. I have been a patient of Dr. Carla Neal-Haley for several years. She is knowledgeable about internal medicine, but her bedside manners, the amount of time she spends with patients and her attitude sucks. Over the years, I have seen her transition from a calm, knowledgable and caring doctor to a very short tempered, overwhelmed at all times, yet still knowledgeable doctor who rushes patients in and out of appointments (even though you wait at least 30-45 minutes or longer to see her), or simply doesn't come in to the appointm... read more
