Its a decent gym. For the price you pay, its good. However, some of the staff are a pain (Although some are very nice!), and the gentry can be a bit weird sometimes. Otherwise though, its a nice place!
Great place and an amazing variety of equipment, staff are super good besides this older blonde lady and this darker man of colour with a buzz cut. who were extremely disrespectful both interactions with both me and my family i do not recommend this place if you have a fitness passport since they are so disrespectful towards you and will refuse to let you in, the Blonde older women gave me an apparent “permission slip” which I read over and it was a not permission slip at all it was a blank sheet with empty boxes giving a pr... read more
Do not join this gym. I was promised a free one-month membership as a promotion, but instead, I was misled into signing papers that locked me into a contract. I’ve been to many gyms, but this has been the worst experience. There’s no transparency, and they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Very deceptive practices — feels like a scam.
No help desk, no one bothers to clarify excess charging. Not the location not the parent company. There is no one to speak with when you have issue. No information what excess charges you will be direct debited. Worst experience from a management point of view. Struggling for last 2 weeks for it.
Worst gym experience ever. They tell you one thing when you’re joining, and something completely different when you try to leave. You’re hit with hidden policies — a $150 cancellation fee and a 30-day notice requirement — none of which are mentioned upfront. Very disappointing and misleading. Would not recommend this gym. Worst Gym
