It has been over a week since I made it known to you that you have been over charging me and my wife via an answered phone call, about two-three since I started trying. Ive heard nothing and you are still charging us, its about $500 of overcharge we are very disappointed
This gym is a scam. It’s ripping off its customers by blackmailing and overcharging, I have cancelled my membership after wasting 4 years with them. Because of a lady named Polly who used discriminatory behaviour and was not polite and courteous. Zero customer service and didn’t know how to deal with old members. Please be careful and mindful they will trap you with excessive and extra fees and cancellation charges.
