Horrible service I've been trying to cancel my account for hours nobody picks up and those who do aren't very helpful and you need to follow up multiple times Gym is nice tho
Spa pool was a bit luke warm (visited couple of times this week), it used to be nice and hot. Hope they bring back the hot spas
Genesis Ringwood is a great facility, the staff are super nice and helpful too. The Nautilus machines are why I love this club but they offer Pilates, and other classes, a pool and sauna too which is so good for the price to come here.
