Great gym, lovely new equipment with everything I need. Fresh and clean with great friendly staff. I train here 6 days a week and couldn’t recommend it enough!

I am new to the fitness & gym lifestyle. I've been coming to Genesis Lake St for about 8 months. In this time I've participated in fun challenges that have been motivating & exciting! The coaching zone is where I attend classes on average 5x a week as I just love it so much! The coaches are great at explaining the exercises & helping with form so I don't hurt myself. I'm motivated & engaged to keep pushing myself so despite walking out like a bright red tomato each session, I keep coming back for more!

Agendé una visita esta tarde a las 16:30 para que me enseñaran el gimnasio y hacer un trial como pone en la web y la chica que me atendió me dijo que no podía hacerlo por no ser residente cuando acabo de llegar a la ciudad hace 2 días y estoy en un hostal. En fin, publicidad engañosa nadie me dijo esto por SMS. No vengáis a perder el tiempo

Been coming to this gym for over a year and it’s hard to feel motivated when all of the equipment is old, run down and clearly not maintained well. Saw spider webs the other day on a machine, and the one cardio machine is always sticky so you know it’s never been wiped down properly..cancelling membership as of today and going to a gym that has actual options for leg machines to start, newer and maintained weight/cardio equipment and better cleanliness.
