Ken's a nice guy to deal with, but the support people I worked with wasn't helpful. I was unable to get online access to my insurance account. After several back-and-forths I was told by one of the support guy at Genesis that there was no way to make it happen. I finally reached someone at the insurance company and was able to get set up with an online account in less than 2 minutes. It took days to get this resolved.

I luckily stumbled onto this company through the Colorado healthcare.gov website. I had been feeling uninformed and a little panicky after realizing my current coverage would end at the end of the month. Unexpectedly, talking to Honyet was the literal highlight of my day! He saved me hours of research by just having a ton of background information and answers about my situation ready. I signed up for coverage to take effect 2/1, or so I thought. My application got submitted to the connect for health Colorado website but was stuck in pending status for 5 weeks+. Multiple emails sent to Erich during this entire process from start to finish and it was a gamble as to whether I would hear back from him. I was told I wouldn't be penalized, but I have very little faith in anything that comes out of this office so we'll see. They have been calling me for months and hanging up. Whenever I call them back, they dont answer. I hate these people
