First time getting highlights I was charged 120.00 then Marisol charged me 40 dollars extra on top. She was going to charge me 200 dollars. Stop trying to rip people off!! Especially since it says full highlight 120 on the board.
I have never left a bad review for a salon but then again I’ve never been this upset at a haircut. My hair was about an inch past my chin and I came in to simply get it shortened up and showed the stylist a picture of the length I wanted and stated that I wanted it the same length all the way around. We started with a shampoo and she didn’t even get the soap all the way down to my scalp, basically just washed the top layer of hair.
