Honestly, I have to give this place a one star due to the unprofessional staff. When I sat on the chair, I was greeted with disappointment by the rude comments that were made to me about my hair. I understand suggestions but the comments were outright not helpful. I felt like an inconvenience by the way the staff was talking about my hair. The results were ok at the end. I will not be coming back and very disappointed with the customer service.

Not even one star is deserved! The must unprofessional ever! DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! No uses sus servicios si no quieres perder tu pelo! No saben lo que esta asiendo y te van a cambiar el precio varías veces.
DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! they double bleached my sisters hair ! they did NOT dye her roots at first ! they have HORRIBLE customer service ! they changed the price 3 times ! unless you want BROOM LIKE HAIR , do NOT go here !!!!!!
I had a Brazilian treatment that helps with frizzease.. I am very happy with the results.... I have extremely frizzy and spongy hair... the product that she uses is much more damage friendly in comparison to the treatments I've had done in the past.
